Training materials remain the intellectual property of Personal Protection and are protected by copyright, trademark, and licensing law.
You may not copy, share, record, resell, distribute, or publicly display course content or community materials without written consent.
Certificates, credentials, or completion records may not be altered, forged, or misrepresented.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
All participants must:
Respect other members and staff. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Avoid posting sensitive operational details, live assignments, or client-identifiable information in community spaces.
Use Services for lawful purposes only; do not attempt hacking, data scraping, or other misuse.

Course fees and membership dues must be paid in full before access is granted.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Attendance at live events may require additional documentation (e.g., ID verification, waivers).
Certifications may be contingent upon passing assessments, completing all requirements, and adhering to ethical standards.

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you:

Training is educational only. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the application of techniques or advice taught.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee employment outcomes, licensing approvals, or personal skill mastery.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Personal Protection, its officers, instructors, contractors, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this document. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Regulatory context. Our audience includes security professionals and candidates for executive protection roles. We may process information needed to verify identity, credentials, relevant training completions, and compliance with applicable laws and licensing bodies (e.g., VA. DCJS#88-1843 requirements).
